How to FINALLY Stop Procrastinating

Today I want to share with you 7 tips for beating PROCRASTINATION and getting into FLOW.

1) Remove the clutter:

It might look pretty simple, but cleaning up your space from all DISTRACTIONS can be super helpful. And I’m not talking only about physical distractions and things you don’t need on your desk. But also about any distractions on your desktop: any pop-ups that might appear or any other extra clutter that may make you feel OVERWHELMED.

2) Focus on ONE thing at a time:

If you are someone who proudly calls themselves a MULTITASKER, I’m sorry to burst your bubble, but this is actually contrary to being truly productive. When you focus on one thing at a time and only move to the next one when you are done with it, you get a lot more done.

Staying in the zone of this one thing you are doing helps you get it done a lot QUICKER.

3) Work during your PEAK HOURS:

Before my kids, my peak hours when I got most things done were in the afternoon. Now, it’s my morning time. This is when I’m doing my most important things and getting those tasks out of the way.

Find your own PEAK WINDOWS and align them with your BIG MONEY MOVES, and be very INTENTIONAL about this.

4)Break down the BIG tasks into SMALLER ones:

Don’t look at all the things you need to do today as one big thing that gets you overwhelmed. Instead, look at the tasks as small bite size things you need to accomplish one by one.

Break down the big tasks into MILESTONES, so you can accomplish what you need to for that day and see the progress.

5) Batch out your days:

This has been one of the BEST SUCCESS tips I can share with you and a true GAME CHANGER. It allows me to get more done and be more strategic about my tasks.

I give myself designated days for working IN or ON my business (if you don’t know what the difference between the two is, reach out to me, and I will be happy to chat with you about that. I have a whole training on IN vs On the business).

For example, on Mondays, I focus on work for my High-Performance Accelerator Academy and everything I do on that day is connected to the academy. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are my one-on-one client days. And my Fridays are my half content/admin days and a half family time.
