10-Minute Daily Routines for Success

Whether you’re striving for personal growth, career advancement, or overall well-being, consistent, intentional rituals that can transform your life.

Whenever I talk to other women about health and wellness and daily routines, we often feel like we need to have these long, elaborate routines. This takes a lot of time, which means that having the health, wellness, self care, business, and everything else becomes impossible.

So how do we really do it all? These daily routines are easy and under 10 minutes, while setting you up for success in all areas of your life.

1: Set Up Your Day the Night Before

This is something that will take under 10 minutes, and save you so much time in the morning so you can get your day started right away. From setting out your clothes, vitamins, meal planning, etc. Plan out anything you can think of doing ahead of time.

2: Hydrate in the Morning

Hydration is so important for every aspect of your health. Try to hydrate first thing in the morning.

I love to have 8oz of lemon water in the morning, and a coffee with MCT Oil and cinnamon added into it.

3: Journaling

Journaling is a great way to start out your day. It can take less than 5 minutes with this journal with prompts.

4: Listen to Audiobooks

Listen to an audiobook while driving, getting ready, or doing something else in the morning. This way you’re getting in your reading at the same time as something else you need to do. This will save you so much time and fuel into you personally or professionally.

5: Stretching

Stretch after your workouts or before bed. This can be less than 5 minutes and still make a big difference. You’ll have more mobility and feel better through your whole body.

6: Breathwork

Practicing daily breathwork has so many benefits. When we have more oxygen flow to our brain it helps in decision making, anxiety, and all around mindset. It only takes 2-10 minutes to feel more calm and mindful.
