Secret Hacks for Busy Working Moms to Get Organized and Energized

Today I want to share with you how I not only stay ORGANIZED as a busy mom but also ENERGIZED. Here are some of my favorite tips and hacks!

1) Take your vitamins:

Every single morning I take my vitamins (everything from Magnesium, to Omega and Multi-Vitamins). All of those are customized for me and for what my body needs to fuel itself and allow me to be my best, most optimized version. I promise you this will help tremendously on your journey to being a SUPERMOM.

2) Self-care:

As a working mom, you should be taking care of yourself as much as you take care of your family! So don’t forget to “steal” a few minutes each day just for yourself. Take a long, relaxing bath, put some salts inside and enjoy some ME TIME with a good book. Enjoy a nice massage once in a while or a quick workout. Just find what works for you and make it part of your routine.

3) Get quality sleep:

Make sure you give your body a good 8 hour sleep each night in order to be your best, most ENERGIZED self. Make sure you listen to what your body needs. 

Let me give you a small hack I swear by: a weighted blanket adds so much to the quality of your sleep! Another thing that will help you have a better and more RELAXING sleep is getting your breathing exercises in right before you go to bed.

4) Schedule your content ahead of time:

I always plan out my content the month before, and I promise you this helps you feel ORGANIZED and in CONTROL. Plan out what you will be focusing on for each month, and make sure you share this with your team and/or your household, so everyone is on the same page.
