How do you BREAKFAST?!?

What was YOUR breakfast today?? Are you FUELING UP in the morning?? With the right portions at each meal and knowing what to eat is key in your fitness journey!! This style of eating will change your entire metabolism! You’re fueling up in the morning to give your body the energy it needs to get through the day. At night you’re winding down and don’t need all the calories bc your body doesn’t have as much time to burn them off before you go to bed!


Rule of thumb: 👍🏼

BIG breakfast
Medium lunch
Small dinner (only protein and veggies)
2 snacks throughout the day!!
