3 Day Refresh Results!!


Drumroll please… The results are in! I’m so excited to share with you guys the results of my three-day refresh in combination with the 21 day fix. I have to admit the first time that I did three day refresh I really didn’t see that much of a result. I decided that after the Fourth of July weekend I wanted to try the 3-Day refresh again and see where it would take me. I’m so happy to share with you that after the three days I lost 3 pounds and I did this not only by itself but I did this also with the 21 day fix program!!


Throughout the three days I documented on video what the three day refresh consisted of. This was everything from the fiber sweep to the vanilla fresh shakes and the shakeologie breakfast that I would have in the morning.

As you all know, there’s no magic pill or secret work out that’s going to get you in the best shape of your life. The magic comes in the dedication, hard work and discipline that you commit to yourself and the program! My goal is to help everyone out there that’s committed to health and fitness get the body and results they want only if they’re dedicated to the program.

The fact of the matter is that meal prepping,healthy eating and portion control aren’t that hard to do! Its just a matter of retraining your brain and your expectations of what it’s going to take to get there. If it were easy everyone would have the body that they wanted and be operating at optimal levels all day every day. With the help of the three day refresh it’s just a great way to reboot and restart your body and get back on track. If you feel like you’ve gotten off track over the long holiday weekend or maybe you just decided to finally make the commitment to yourself now that it’s summertime and you’re ready to get back into fighting shape and into that bikini – whatever the reason you owe it to yourself to be the best version of you. There’s no better investment than making the commitment to yourself to become happy and healthy.
