As some of you may have seen through some of my social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) I have been obsessed lately with learning new, HEALTHY recipes!! Jarrod and I do a pretty good job at working out (almost) everyday as well as eating a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner (meal prepping is a lifesaver & GAME CHANGER for your health)! I feel like everyone has their “go-to” meals which (hopefully) are not just quick and easy, but are HEALTHY too!! I have been experimenting lately with new recipes and have beenOBSESSED with tonight’s dinner that I JUST MADE!! I couldn’t wait to get the deets to you!!
I hope you are also eating healthy and staying active but it is nice to shake things up every now and then and try a new recipe…or three! Here are the dinners and recipes that I have cooked for us this week! They were all super delicious (and didn’t take too much prep or time to make) so I’ll let you decide once you make them which one was your favorite!
