Here are the five habits I use that will help you reclaim your time, protect your energy, and step confidently into your next level of success…

1. Power Hour Plans

The Power Hour is one of the most transformative habits you can create. Every day, I carve out one focused hour dedicated to needle-moving actions—what I like to call my “big money moves.” These are the tasks that drive real results in both life and business.

It’s not about doing more—it’s about doing what matters most.

As I always remind my clients, “What you do today dictates everything that happens next year.” Whether your Power Hour happens early in the morning or later in the day, guard that time fiercely. It’s your space to take action, gain clarity, and lead your day with purpose—not react to it.

2. Weekly Reset Rituals

High-performing women don’t just plan their days—they plan their weeks. A weekly reset ritual helps you realign, recharge, and prepare for what’s ahead.

For me, that means reviewing wins from the week, organizing my calendar, setting my top priorities, and planning family time so that nothing important gets left behind.

This ritual keeps me grounded and intentional. It transforms chaos into clarity and ensures I’m entering each week with direction, not distraction.

3. Energy Over Time Management

Here’s a truth I learned the hard way: it’s not about managing your time—it’s about managing your energy.

When I was training for fitness competitions, recovery was just as important as the workouts. The Epsom salt baths, journaling, and rest days weren’t luxuries—they were strategic.

That same principle applies to success. Protecting your energy helps you show up as your best self in every area—your business, your relationships, your health. Learn to say no to what drains you and yes to what fuels you. Energy is your most valuable currency—spend it wisely.

4. Systems Over Stress

If there’s one thing I live by, it’s that systems save sanity.

You can’t scale chaos. Systems create flow, clarity, and freedom—not just in business, but at home too. Whether it’s automating your content, organizing your family schedule, or structuring your work blocks, having systems in place turns overwhelm into opportunity.

Stress thrives in disorganization. But when you have the right systems supporting your goals, you stop chasing time and start owning it.

5. Building Supportive Communities
