While the work out you do is very important, the food that you eat following that workout is just as important. What you put into your body following the workout determines what your body will do with that food. Some people think that just loading up on protein makes the most sense but there are other foods that you should mix into the post workout meal as well.
As you can see in the picture we have a few good food combos that you should look to depending on the workout you just completed. Different foods will benefit your body differently and you can rely on those different foods to help you.
